These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text-messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Advanced Fences, LLC and its affiliated brands: Automatic Gate Company, Advanced Gate Repair, West Bay Garage Doors (TX and FL), and Garrick Roofing (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
Program description
We send account- and service-related text messages to customers and prospective customers, including: appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate and proposal updates, job and service status updates, billing and payment notices, and replies to your questions. This is a customer-care and transactional program; we do not send unrelated third-party or affiliate marketing.
How you opt in
You provide express consent to receive text messages from us when you give us your mobile number directly — for example, by requesting an estimate or service, providing your number to our staff by phone or in person, signing an estimate or agreement that lists your number, or entering it on our website. Consent is given directly to Advanced Fences, LLC and its listed brands, and is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you have an upcoming appointment or an open estimate or job).
Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out — reply STOP
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts to that number. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy — your information is never shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the SMS Program — including your mobile number and opt-in status — is used only to operate the Program and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
